Settio has been my agents since inception of renting out my property in early 2024 and they are very professional, very easy to work with. They make the entire process very seamless for me as landlord. I would like to especially commend Erin Morgan. She has been absolutely wonderful. Very responsive to questions, she explains how things work in an easy to understand way, and she goes above and beyond to ensure clients are satisfied and well served. It was a pleasure working with Liam from the Manchester office of Settio for a new flat rental we needed. He was extremely prompt, arranged multiple viewings for us and answered our questions right away, even well outside of office hours. Everyone else we met were lovely too. Highly recommended.

I have rented with Settio for two years, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Communication has consistently been poor, maintenance issues have taken far too long to resolve, and there has been very little sense of urgency whenever we've needed help. When we had to move from one apartment to another in the same building, we relied on the photos provided by Settio because there were very few apartments available at the end of our tenancy, and we didn't have time to view the new one beforehand. The apartment we moved into was not what was advertised. The living room looked completely different, and there were carpets pinned to the floor that were never shown in the listing.
