🛑 AVOID XCEED AT ALL COSTS 🛑 If the shocking staff turnover wasn't already a massive red flag, my experience since vacating my rental has set in concrete all fears I had. It's been more than two months since I handed back vacant possession of a property I rented for six years, and I still haven't received my bond back. Even worse, I haven't been given a proper explanation as to where the process is up to. The communication has been appalling. Multiple emails have been ignored, follow-up requests have gone unanswered, and getting even the most basic update seems impossible. After six years as a tenant, you'd expect a minimum level of professionalism and respect. Instead, I've been met with silence, delays, and a complete lack of accountability.
