I would caution anyone considering working with Domenic Salvadore based on my recent experience. I traveled from Scarborough to Etobicoke for a scheduled open house, only to find no one there. When I called the agent, he informed me the open house had been cancelled and told me I should have double-checked the listing myself. He offered no apology and simply said ‘good luck’ before ending the call. What’s particularly frustrating is that the listing wasn’t updated until until the day of, despite the cancellation clearly being known well before then - it could easily have been changed the night before to save people the trip. This experience reflects poorly on his professionalism and consideration for the buyers & sellers’ time. This kind of behavior reflects poorly not just on him individually, but on Strata as a brokerage. If this is the standard of professionalism and client care his
