I rarely give reviews. As far as I’m concerned, if you have a good experience with a product or service, then everything is as it should be; and if you have a bad experience, you just simply never use that product or service again. I have to make an exception in this instance. The team at Shipways Estate Agents in Harborne are fantastic! Ismaeel in particular, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is professional, empathetic, polite, friendly, and very well informed. I couldn’t have hoped for a better agent to help me through what I thought was going to be a complicated process. Instead, it’s only taken a little over a week to secure the exact property I wanted, and he made sure to communicate with me via phone and email, every step of the way. Ismaeel is a massive credit to the organisation. I really hope they realise what an asset they have in him, and reward him accordingly.

Wonderful service from the Shipways staff from the Harborne branch, notably, Mohammed and Leah. They attended to all my questions and needs during the tenancy application process. The entire application process was completed online, so there was no need to go their office in person to sign or fill up documents, except only for when claiming the property key. They will even provide you with a complimentary welcome gift box that contains some treats and offers for your new home. In a heartbeat, I would highly recommend Shipways agency to my friend and/or family who are interested in renting or moving to a new property.
