We received a £250 donation from Oakmans Estate Agents, which will help us continue supporting adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities in our day service in the West Midlands. Our goal is to enable our clients to lead fulfilling lives through various daily activities, including music and vocal tuition, pottery, wheelchair dance, art, rock band tuition, community access, and other essential independent living skills. Very poor service from this letting agency. Since moving into the property, we have faced multiple maintenance issues that have been reported several times but remain unresolved. Our induction hob has had problems for over a month, the washing machine has not been working for more than two months, and there has been a water leakage issue in the toilet for over two months as well. Despite repeatedly contacting the agency, communication has been poor and responses have been slow or non-existent. What is particularly frustrating is that while the agency expects rent to be paid on time every month, they do not show the same level of responsibility when dealing with tenants' maintenance concerns. It is extremely disappointing to be paying rent for a property where essential appliances and maintenance issues are ignored for months.
